Oreo Cupcakes

For the Chocolate Cake, I used.. (kindly click at the Food.com. link below)
Firstly, I would like to thank kmdipaolo from Food.com for this delicious chocolate cake, its my kid's favorite.


Note : As for the Chocolate Cake recipe, I used fresh milk instead of water and I also used apple cider to replace the vinegar.

Methods for Oreo Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Arrange the cupcakes in cupcake pans. (as the picture above)
Place the Oreo with cream of each cupcake. (as the picture above)
Add the Chocolate Cake or any Cake Mix with the chopped Oreos.  
Mix them together.
Evenly divide in the cupcakes. Baked for 15-18 minutes depending of the size of your cupcakes.
(check until a toothpicks inserted in the center comes out clean).
Cool the cupcakes.

For the frosting, I used


Cream Cheese Frosting (by Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com)

Ingredients

8 ounces (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup (60 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted
2/3 cup (160 ml) cold heavy whipping cream(double cream) (35-40% butterfat)



Methods

In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to pipe. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
